About David Nelson

2016 Associate of the Year - RE/MAX Advantage Plus 2016 Platinum Award winner - Individual 2016 Titan Award - Imperial Home Team Twin Cities Real Estate Agent of the Month - December 2016 Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing I have been in the real estate business in the Lakeville, Credit River Township, Apple Valley, Burnsville, Elko-New Market, Farmington, Prior Lake, and Savage real estate markets for many successful years and will be here for many more. This longevity and confidence comes from my real estate services and my entire team to a great many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps me productive. I am the team leader and founder of the Imperial Home Team and part of the powerful RE/MAX Advantage Plus brokerage. I constantly seek out the best novel ways to use technology to market and sell my listings. I am fully committed to building lasting relationships for life. It’s my goal that my past clients will not only buy or sell with me again, but will tell all their friends and family about how I work and present me with an opportunity to earn their business as well. I highly enjoy traveling, fishing, movies, numerous sports, and dining out with friends/family. When I do have time, I love spending quality time with family grilling, vacationing, or a good competitive afternoon of lawn games. My fiance, Nicole, and I spend many nights exploring the Twin Cities and finding hidden gems. Favorite Local Spot - We really enjoy Porterhouse, Lakeville Brewing Company, and Harry's for local food.....but who doesn't like heading to these places?! For fun, we go to the Lakeville 21 movie theater, bike around the neighborhoods, or hit the golf course/picnic/biking trails at Cleary Lake. If I could visit anywhere in the world, where would it be? Norway...go back to my roots! Plus, curious to taste true lefse made in Norway!! I have been there once before and want to go back while taking my mom with. Movie I could watch over and over: Well, of course...Star Wars preferably Empire Strikes Back.
